Product Operate Guide
1. Drill the Hole:
Use a carbide drill bit to drill a hole in the base material (e.g., concrete, brick) with the same diameter as the sleeve anchor. The hole must also be the correct depth to accommodate the anchor's embedment and the material to be fastened.
2. Clean the Hole:
Remove any debris from the drilled hole using compressed air, a wire brush, or a vacuum.
3. Position the Anchor:
Insert the sleeve anchor through the fixture you are attaching.
4. Seat the Anchor:
Push the anchor into the hole until the washer or nut is snug against the fixture. You may need to lightly tap it with a hammer to ensure it is properly seated.
5. Tighten the Nut:
Using a wrench, turn the flat head nut. As you tighten, the conical nut at the end of the anchor is pulled up into the sleeve.
6. Expansion and Securing:
The inward movement of the conical nut causes the sleeve to expand, pushing against the walls of the drilled hole and creating a strong, stable friction fit.
7. Final Tightening:
Tighten the nut until it is fully secure and the flat head of the anchor is flush with the surface of the material being fastened, providing a low-profile connection.

For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T.L/C is also acceptable.
