Product Introduction
Nylon hammer drive anchors are a type of light-duty fastener used to secure objects to solid materials like concrete, brick, or stone. They are also sometimes used in hollow walls like drywall or plaster. These anchors consist of a nylon sleeve and a pre-installed nail (or pin). The nail is hammered into the sleeve, causing it to expand and grip the surrounding material.
Easy and fast installation:
These anchors are pre-assembled and can be installed with just a hammer and a pre-drilled hole, making them very convenient for quick jobs.
Corrosion resistance:
The nylon material is naturally resistant to rust and corrosion, making these anchors suitable for long-term use in various environments.
Versatility:
Nylon hammer drive anchors can be used in concrete, brick, block, drywall, and even as blind rivets in some applications.
Non-expansion design:
Because they are hammered in, they minimize stress on the base material compared to some expansion-type anchors, which is beneficial when working with fragile materials.
Temperature resistance:
The nylon material can withstand a wide range of temperatures, ensuring reliable performance in different conditions.
Light-duty applications:
They are ideal for securing items like trim, light-duty framing, electrical fixtures, and signage in construction, electrical, and retail settings.

Securing fixtures in solid materials:
Nylon hammer drive anchors are ideal for attaching items to concrete, brick, or block walls, ensuring a secure hold without chipping the material.
Fastening plywood to concrete:
They can be used to fasten plywood subfloors or wall panels to concrete floors or walls, providing a quick and reliable connection.
Lightweight applications:
These anchors are suitable for attaching items like cable clips, light decorative items, small shelves, and other lightweight fixtures.
Toggle or blind fastener:
In hollow wall applications (like drywall), they can function as a toggle bolt, while in sheet metal they can act as a blind fastener, holding multiple layers together.
Product Operate Guide
1. Drill a Hole:
Use a hammer drill and a carbide-tipped drill bit to create a hole in the base material.
Ensure the hole diameter matches the anchor's diameter.
2. Clean the Hole:
Remove any dust, debris, or loose particles from the drilled hole.
3. Insert the Anchor:
Position the fixture (the object you're attaching) with the hole aligned over the drilled hole in the base material.
Insert the nylon hammer drive anchor through the fixture and into the drilled hole.
4. Drive the Nail:
Use a hammer to drive the nail (or pin) into the center of the nylon anchor.
Continue hammering until the nail head is flush with the anchor head, indicating full expansion and secure anchoring.
