A BAZ washer, also known as an umbrella washer or bowl washer, is a sealing component made of a metal backing (often stainless steel) with a dome-shaped EPDM rubber layer bonded to it. Product Operate Guide
1. Preparation:
Select a BAZ washer (or "umbrella washer" or "bowl washer") with a metal washer and an EPDM rubber gasket that matches your roofing material.
2. Installation:
Place the screw through the BAZ washer, ensuring the rubber gasket is in contact with the roofing sheet.
3. Fastening:
Drive the screw to the required depth. It is critical not to overtighten the screw, as this can squish the rubber gasket, causing it to lose flexibility and potentially gouge out the roofing sheet. The goal is for the gasket to conform to the sheet's shape and provide a perfect, flexible seal.
4. Protection:
After installing the screw, click a shallow cap over the top of the fixing to protect the screw and BAZ washer from the elements and maintain a watertight seal.

For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T.L/C is also acceptable.
