Product Introduction
A cam lock nut is a furniture fastener used to create strong, stable joints between two wooden or particle board pieces, typically found in flat-pack furniture. It works with a complementary "cam screw" or "cam bolt". After the cam screw is inserted into one board and the cam lock nut into a pre-drilled hole in the adjoining board, turning the cam lock nut causes its internal claw to grip the head of the cam screw, locking the two pieces securely together.
Ease of Use & Assembly:
Cam locks are designed for fast and simple installation. After pre-installing the cam screw into one piece of furniture, the cam lock nut is inserted into a corresponding hole on the other piece and then rotated about 90 degrees (a quarter turn) to secure the joint.

Product Operate Guide
1. Screw in the cam lock pin:
In the first panel, screw a cam lock pin into the designated spot until the head of the pin is exposed and can be reached by the nut.
2. Insert the cam lock nut:
In the second panel, find the pre-drilled hole that will align with the pin. Insert the cylindrical cam lock nut, ensuring its arrow or open slot faces the cam lock pin.
3. Push the nut into place:
Push the nut into the hole until it is flush with the panel's surface. If it doesn't go in easily, check if its internal claw is bumping against the pin.
